Roberts Guest Retreat

	Located in Boerne, in the scenic Texas Hill Country, twenty minutes from San Antonio.

	We sit on four quiet, private acres, with a couple hundred oak trees and secluded walking trails.
	The Guest Retreat is on the second floor of our home, above the garage (see the dormers).
	Summer high temperatures hover around 90º, with humidity at a moderately comfortable level. Winter lows can dip into the 20s. Rarely we get a bit of snow.

	The Retreat includes a queen-sized bed and a comfortable recliner . . . perfect for reading or a nap. You'll have a private bath with shower. The retreat is separate from the rest of the house and very quiet.
	The eating area doubles as a desk, with a view of the woods and hills. The kitchenette includes a toaster over, microwave, stove, sink, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all utensils, plates, etc.
	We have several electronic amenities: TV, DVD/VCR player, stereo with iPod dock, and wifi Internet access. Cell service is good here.

	What to do at the Guest Retreat? Rest! In the summer you can enjoy the pool, or just sit outside during the cooler seasons.
	You'll enjoy walking in our quiet neighborhood . . .
	. . . or exploring the town of Boerne.
	There's wonderful, relatively easy bike riding from the Retreat (or a more energetic ride in the country, if you wish).
	We're a half hour from San Antonio's charms, including the Alamo . . .
	. . . and the Riverwalk.
